Small B&B and a campsite (which we used). Owner very friendly and helpful with good communication. Quiet location but pub opposite which was a bonus. Pitches are hardstanding and had electric hookup and water. Some are on a slight slope so motor homes and caravans will need levelling chocks. Recommended.

Rooms are comfortable and are decorated and furnished to a high standard. Hostess is friendly and very welcoming. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Great locations nestled between Saltburn, Staithes and Whitby. Bus stop directly infront of property and easy acres to Cleveland way for hiking. 5* would highly recommend
